Groundbreaking of Nevada’s First St. Jude Dream Home

LAS VEGAS, April 21, 2017—Element Building Company, a Las Vegas-based luxury residential construction company, announces the groundbreaking ceremony of the construction of Nevada’s first St. Jude Dream Home at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 2 at 4135 N Durango Drive, Las Vegas.
The St. Jude Dream Home program sells a limited number of $100 chances to win a brand new, single-family home built by Element Building Company. All proceeds raised from the St. Jude Dream Home are donated to provide treatment for children at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. As the first St. Jude Dream Home to be built in Nevada, construction of the $425,000 home is entirely donated by Element Building Company and other generous local partners, including CivilWerks, Hoogland Architectures, Love Engineering, RimRock Engineering, Taney Engineering, Two Trails Green Consulting, Wright Engineers and others.
Open to the public and free of charge, the groundbreaking ceremony commences the construction the St. Jude Dream Home. The event features an overview of the mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway. The family of a local patient who received treatment from St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital will also be on hand to tell their story. Finally, the plans and rendering for the home will be unveiled.

Since 1991, the St. Jude Dream Home program has given away over 400 homes and raise more than $340 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
